Summary (Guan Guan’s observation, for reference only):
We are seeing a slight increase in inventory across the city. Homes with unique features, such as oversized pie-shaped lots, 3-car garage, etc., continue to perform very well. In contrast, it has become increasingly challenging for standard homes lacking these unique characteristics to achieve premium prices. Despite this, we are still seeing instances where some buyers are overpaying for their purchases.
