Market Updates Feb 9-15, 2026

A 3-storey townhome built in 2010 was sold for $1,080,000 in Kanata Lakes. This townhome is situated on an oversized and serene pie lot, with a finished basement, a rooftop patio, an elevator, and a backyard:

A Tamarack 45′ Oxford II, built in 2022, was sold for $1,055,000 in Findlay Creek. The Oxford is a very functional floor plan as it offers 4 beds and 3 full baths on the 2nd floor, plus an office and a full bath on the main floor—which can be used as a guest bedroom—with about 3,100 sq. ft. of living space above grade. This home has an unfinished basement, and it backs onto a park, so there are no rear neighbours. The floor plan below is for reference only; it is the current Oxford III model, which is larger than the Oxford II in square footage.

In Blackstone, Kanata South / Stittsville, Cardel’s interior unit, the Finch model ⬇️, built in 2022, was sold for $650,000. In the Abbott’s Run Community in the same area, Minto’s 4-bedroom end-unit model, the Simcoe ⬇️, was sold for $660,000. This floorplan maximizes the use of space and offers 1,674 sq.ft of living space above grade. The basement is finished.

In Findlay Creek, a Tamarack interior unit, built in 2016, was sold for $657,500. This home offers about 1,657 sq.ft of living space above grade and has no direct rear neighbours.
Other Updates:
- A Richcraft’s 50′ model, the Wildwood, listed for $1,259,000, was just sold unconditional today for $1,260,000.
- An HN’s 44′ model, the Kenson, listed for $1,124,900, was sold conditional.
